The dress clutches her skin a little too tightly, showing off all her curves. Her dress is black, contrasting her pale skin. Her hair is highlighted, long, and blonde. I try not to stare. I should've known she'd be here. It's been months since I've seen her. She'd left my physically long ago, and I thought she'd left mentally weeks ago. But I was wrong. Seeing her there in her new heels and cocktail-in-hand I knew she was still there. I had forgotten how much losing her had stung.
